Update: gone.

Given that most of the stuff I’ve been posting has been kid-friendly, I should point out that this book does include mature themes and imagery.

This is the first book off the “press” for Bucherrad, my next-gen book renderer, which I’m looking forward to releasing within the week. Unlike Abulafia, Bucherrad is driven by text-based formatting commands and includes a domain-specific language for book layout and creation (and if the built-in commands aren’t enough, you can also embed arbitrary Ruby code in your source file).  It’s going to be released as GPL, I believe, though I haven’t decided on the license for sure.

Even though Bucherrad is command driven, some of the ideas and techniques in it will very likely find their way into Abulafia in the long term.
